The article is devoted to the problem of latent verbal influence on attitudes addressee in advertising sports discourse. purpose work identify linguistic means that realize suggestive potential figure skating ice shows. analysis media texts posted Russian social network “VKontakte” was carried out. 124 for 2021—2023 were analyzed Methods discursive and communicative-pragmatic analysis, content descriptive method used. It has been established component considered characterized by a small volume, clear logical compositional structuring, minimalism, substantiveness, expansion nominative case, as result which range suggestion used limited. These include allusive anthroponyms (participate formation 84% texts), evaluative vocabulary (42 %), bifunctional declarative-exclamatory sentences (37 vocative (21 %). concluded listed units reveal their replacing rational justification with emotional argumentation; activation different types associations; affective impact, determined presence sympathy specifically domestic skaters; effect stereotypes personalities background knowledge addressee.
